Requirements

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

• Excellent typography skills

• Strong Illustration skills

• Talented in mocking-up packaging and product, die lines, bleeds etc (print-ready work)

• Organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet deadlines

• Detail oriented - quality first mentality

• Good at communicating verbally and in writing

• Welcomes critique

• Willing to travel occasionally

• Any training in photography, print production or Web design is viewed as a plus, but not required

• Knows and understands the craft industry

• Must provide portfolio work

Duties

• Design new product lines, packaging, and marketing materials

• Mock-up prototypes of product and packaging

• Create marketing collateral

• Other duties as required

• Will work overtime when needed and before a show
