Nancy Nally is the co-owner of Balalaberry Media LLC., and the founder & Editor of Scrapbook Update.
Nally has been an avid scrapbooker for over a decade, and has worked and taught in scrapbook stores in Michigan and Florida. She’s been writing Scrapbook Update (originally called Inside Scrapbooking) since 2004. Nally also writes periodically for several other industry trade publications, such as Scrapbook Business magazine and CLN Online, and was formerly a writer for Creative TECHniques magazine.
In addition to her work in the scrapbook industry, Nally is also a Contributing Writer for WebWorkerDaily, a GigaOM Network website. WebWorkerDaily provides practical information and advice for people who use the web for their work.

May Flaum joined Scrapbook Update as a Contributing Writer in December 2009.
May has been published in numerous magazines and is the co-author for Memory Makers of the book Paper + Pixels: Scrapbook Layouts. She is a Big Picture Scrapbooking instructor, design team member for Scarlet Lime kits, and a freelance writer & designer. Over the course of her career she has taught classes around the United States as well as managed a scrapbook store and worked with numerous scrapbook companies.
