Paper Crafts magazine has their calls up for their March/April 2013 issue. Yes, it’s time to think spring already – at least if you are a submission scrapbooker. Paper Crafts is looking for baby projects with animals, bridal cards & gift card holders using bridal dress materials, projects using pastels, country style projects, ombre/monochromatic stamping, and sketch project submissions.
