CHA Winter 2013 | Studio Calico

Studio Calico released four new collections at CHA Winter 2013: Here + there, Snippets, Sundrifter, and Darling Dear.

There’s definitely a few standouts among the latest Studio Calico products.

The speech bubble mask, chipboard stars and arrows in a variety of sizes (spot-on with the latest trends!), punctuation wood veneers (including a trendy geotag symbol), chalkboard-style chipboard alphabet stickers, and The Handbook — Studio Calico’s own answer to the popular Project Life way of scrapbooking – are all sure to be popular with paper crafters.

I recently spent some time playing with their debut line, “Beautiful Moments“. The substantial, textured papers feature a vintage pink, gold, red, and black palette that inspire spring and summer layouts, and would also work great with Valentine’s Day photos.

CHA Winter 2012 | Fancy Pants Filter Paper Embellishments (and collections)

Fancy Pants released four new lines at CHA Winter, but my favorite thing was an accessory item included in each colorway.

Filter Paper Embellishments are sort of a cross between a coffee filter, tissue paper, and a printed doily. They can be folded into yoyos, stitched, crinkled, cut, or used as is. There are so many creative and colorful possibilities!
