Stephanie Medley-Rath has been scrapbooking in the modern sense since 2002. She worked in a local scrapbook store for several years, worked as a direct seller for less than two years, and studied scrapbookers for her doctoral research. She holds a doctorate in sociology and blogs about her research and other scrapbooking topics at Scrapworthy Lives. She is the author of the e-book, The Scrapworthy Lives Guide to Market Research. She has appeared on The Paperclipping Roundtable and is on Ella Publishing's Take Twelve Design Team.

In the middle is my friend Kathryn, who taught classes at the local scrapbook store I worked at years ago. She is assisting at the show and does other work for Little Yellow Bicycle, too. I knew Julie Fei-Fan Balzer would be doing make-and-takes with her new products on Tuesday and didn’t want to miss it. Luckily, I made it to The Crafter’s Workshop booth while she was still there. Jennifer Wilson and I made lovely canvas necklaces with Julie!
Since it was my first CHA show, I was excited to get the chance to meet some of my favorite celebrity scrapbookers in person.
The first booth I stopped at was the display for American Crafts’ Amy Tangerine line, and Amy Tan graciously agreed to pose with her awesome wall art.
Glitz is debuting four new lines at CHA Summer. The new releases include Cashmere Dame (brights with black), Yours Truly (brights with grey and navy), Hello Friend (pink) and Joyeux Noel (muted red and green).
These lovely giant rhinestoes (yes, giant rhinestones!) come from their “Yours Truly” line, and have an MSRP of $4.50.
