Card Annex designer Annette Allen shows us today what you can do with just a 6×6 paper pad and a Silhouette machine!
Annette let her Cameo do all the work on this card, using a cut file called “4×6 Enjoy the Ride Heart Bike” by Loni Stevens that included both the title text and the large graphic for only $.99. Annette even used the interior spaces from the heart cut-outs in the various elements as a decorative element in the design. By doing this, the cut file basically carried the entire design!
The patterned paper is Crate Paper’s Fourteen collection. Fourteen was designed and marketed as a Valentine’s Day collection but you’d never know that from this card!
Another important element in the design is the washi tape. This fabulous stripe from Freckled Fawn is very trendy and oh-so-fun!
