Art Anthology has announced that they have purchased Basically Bare from founders Angela Pruitt and Carol Jackson.

Basically Bare, known for their chipboard and cardboard albums and die cuts, was founded in 2010 and was based in Georgia. Operations are being moved to Huntington Beach, CA as part of the sale. Pruitt will remain with the company as Basically Bare’s design specialist after the move.
