Welcome to Gallery Highlights for this week! This week’s finds include an eclectic group of inspiring paper and digital crafting projects. Let’s go take a look at them and I hope you like them all as much as I do. Don’t forget – you can click on the links to visit the layouts in their galleries and view supply lists, leave a comment for the designer, or view the designer’s other work.
The Stocking Dance by beccanicole05
I love the patterns that this designer chose for her layout! She has stripes, polka dots, a doily, buttons and stitching – the mixed patterns and varying textures work very well together, and the neutral background provides the perfect backdrop for these adorable photos.
Remember by Anke
Anke’s layout is simply stunning. She used a softly-textured and distressed background, layered multiple brushes on top of that in soft and sweet colors and placed a framed photo over the top of the brushes. The colors and soft hues that she chose complement this gorgeous photo perfectly.
Advent Tags by kcp
I love this concept that Keianna came up. She cut out the Advent tags that came from a digital kit using a die-cutting machine and once her family has completed the activity under each tag, she will then put the tags in her December Daily album. Great idea and beautiful tags!
Call of the Wild by Sokee
Barbara has chosen such gorgeous patterns in this next layout. The plaids, tartans, ribbons and twine are beautiful and give this photo and layout a cozy holiday feel.
Grad by Sasha
I love all the embellishments that Sasha chose for this layout! She layered a piece of white cardstock over a bright piece of patterned paper as her background. She then used embellishments to frame her photo on all four sides and the result is fun, playful, and so pretty.
And there you have them - our gallery highlights! I love all of these and I really do wish we had time and space to feature more of the amazing designs out there. Thanks so much to all of the designers who shared their work with us this week. What were your favorite gallery layouts last week? Feel free to link us to them in the comments and let us know what you think and which are your current favorites in the galleries!
