Trick Or Treat

The weather is getting cooler, and that can only mean one thing: it’s time for candy!

The stamp set found in this kit (the Spellbound Workshop on the Go) coordinates perfectly with the Cricut Artiste Cartridge from Close to My Heart. The cartridge cuts a shape that the stamped design fits in perfectly, creating a custom embellishment that looks professional! The rhinestones Melissa added are a small touch, but it’s the little details like that which take a card to the next level.

Matting the patterned papers as they are layered on top of each other helps keep them from becoming a muddy mess of patterns by visually separating them from each other. Melissa says she prefers using pigment ink like she did here, to get a deep and rich stamped image every time.

Love all the layers on this wonderful Halloween card. It also has inspired me to use one of my stamps in a new way.
