Welcome to the latest edition of Gallery Highlights!

This week’s finds include some gorgeous layouts and cards with some great technique-driven projects. I hope you like them all as much as I do. Let’s go take a look! Don’t forget – You can click on the links to visit the layouts in their galleries and view supply lists, leave a comment for the designer, or view the designer’s other work.

I Got This! by jesshunt

Jess’s layout is just full of color and fun embellishments and she still managed to fit nine photos on the page. I love the way she placed her photos all the way to the edges of the page on all four sides – that full bleed technique created a lot of space for more photos, as well as a quite a bit of journaling. To complement the bright photos, she added colorful buttons, butterflies and other embellishments all over the page. What a great multi-photo page!

My Brober by adventurousbran

Brandy’s layout is full of fun techniques and embellishments. She stamped and misted on the background paper and then added more stamps on top of her photo and the embellishments. And I love the way she created her own banner out of tags, a doily, and tickets.

Thank You by patricia

Patricia created a beautifully soft card using punches, die cuts, and stitching directly on the card. Her soft color choices are emphasized with the embellishments she used – pearls, twine and ribbon. The effect is gorgeous.

Fair Rides by tdavenport

Our next layout is just plain fun! Terri layered white cardstock over bright polka-dot paper and then added another layer of distressed cardstock over that. She overlapped five photos with tags and a fun sticker over a fun, red stitched border. The overall result is full of fun and vibrant action – just like the fair rides.

 60 by Delaniemw

Delanie’s card is simply awesome. She cut out the large numbers and then covered them in different patterns of washi tape. She misted the background and finished it off with a stamped sentiment and pop dots to create dimension. These are fabulous techniques that create a beautiful card.

And there you have them – our gallery highlights for the week! As always, I wish we had time and space to feature more of the amazing designs out there.  Thanks so much to all of the designers who shared their work with us this week.
