Love the wreath , is it made from empty cartridges from a tape runner? No …maybe ribbon spools??

The wreath was made from mason jar lids. Pretty cool, huh?
I would love to see the directions for those pinwheel flowers! Do they spin?
The flowers did not spin, but they were super cute!
