Welcome to day 2 of the Nally Family Tag Feud!
We’ve decided to take the readers’ advice and make the posting of the tags anonymous! Plus, voting is going to stay open on all of the tags until Day 13 to give people who find the “family feud” later in the process the chance to vote on all of the tags.
Thanks everyone for all of the great comments and all the votes on the last set of tags! We have been enjoying so much making them and sharing them is just an extra bonus of fun. If you’d like a peek behind the scenes of the creation of these tags, check out the picture that we’ve posted on the Scrapbook Update Facebook page of our kitchen table work area with Mike hard at work.
So…without further ado…here’s the second day of tags…vote away! (We aren’t providing more details than this on the tags right now to avoid giving away who the artist was of each tag.)

Oh, I love them both, I simply cannot decide!!!!!
xoxoxo
I think it is awesome that Mike is “playing” too!
I really like them both, it was hard. Tell me how did you make the tree in tag 2?
You’re both bringing your A game to this challenge ~ great Day 2 tags! I’m going to look forward to this almost as much as following Tim’s tags, heehee.
This is so clever and creative. I love it! The tags are beautiful!!
Oh goodness… that’s a toughy! But the tree and holly are just divine, so I have to go with #2!!
This is super fun!
These are both so pretty so it was a tough call but because I love Christmas Trees I picked tag 2.
Both very nice. Good job you guys.
Love both of these tags, what fun you must be having at your house!
I just HAVE to vote for #1 today. I’m a former music teacher and Christmas music is my favorite!! So that one really appeals to me
They are both terrific!
both great tags but tag 2 wins my vote although I like the flourish on tag 1
Love both the tags but voted for #1. Can we vote twice?
Can’t wait to see the rest.
Loved them both, but tag #1 spoke to me.
I think they are equally as good ..really hard decision ..I voted for #2. What a fun thing to do together… love to be a mouse in the basket when you go scrapbook shopping..
#2 was my favorite – I love the background, the tree and those holly leaves – gorgeous!!
Those are so beautiful – great job guys!
Both of the tags are great. Love the tree!!!
You guys don’t make it easy. I can’t believe how awesomely creative your husband is. We expect you, buy he gets a wow.
love them both but went w/#2
very hard to decide!!!!
This is fun!
It was super hard to choose today! I can’t wait until the end when we find out who made each tag. Great work the two of you!!
i agree that was hard to choose today, great job to you both!
I love the tags but am wondering why there are no chanukah tags. We are in the middle of chanukah and I have see very little to nothing regarding chanukah and scrapbooking
I like them both but I especially like the second one. I am going to have to try this. What a great idea!
These are both great! I love how your husband is crafting with you. It’s hard to figure it out, but I’m thinking that you did the first one. Looking forward to the reveal
They are both lovely but I had to choose one!
Today Itried to scan through and not look at who made which. Think today’s race is a little tighter and I picked #1 based totally on the music background stamp.
Wow, this is a hard decision! I really like both of them yet they are so different!
You’ll have to write an entire blog or two on what you learned from this experience.
Difficult decision because both tags are beautiful in their own way.
So hard to choose! I finally went with #2, but it was so close. Curious to learn which is whose!
They’re both soo beautiful, so it’s hard to choose one, but I think I like the first Tag a little better!
With 262 votes cast it’s a dead heat? Amazing!
Uh-oh…we may have to come up with a tie contingency rule! LOL
#1, the music and the whimsy bling just make me think of cold and caroling.
Great job, do which they could be side by side-
They are both beautiful (love the music background stamp and love the tree) I think it is truly terrific that you are both doing the tags. So nice to have so much talent and creativity in the family!
Oh my they are both so gorgeous! It was really hard to decide on which one.
Like them both..didnt realize when I voted .. that my before my vote there was a tie.. one more for the “other” person.. I like not being able to which who’s is whos..
There’s been a couple questions about how the Christmas tree on Tag #2 was done. We’ve decided I am official question-answerer about these things to avoid revealing who made what.
1) Stamp the tree in dark green & let dry
2) Stamp tree again in light green (slightly offset) & let dry
3) Stamp tree again in clear embossing ink (slightly offset yet again) & apply white embossing powder & heat emboss
4) Create ornaments with dots of two different colors of Stickles. Let dry.
5) Apply Crackle Paint in Clear Rock Candy over entire tree. Let dry.
6) Apply star embellishment to top of tree.
I hope that makes sense of the tree technique!
So, when does everyone want to know who did each tag? Would you like us to put it in the next day’s post…or leave it until the end?
Interesting that the voting is so close today! So many comments that they had a hard time choosing between them, and I have to agree there! This is a lot of fun and I can’t wait to try the tree technique!
I can’t believe how close the voting has been all day either!
Tonight’s new tags are going to be interesting. Two very different styles. We both like each other’s tags better than our own as usual. I’m predicting a landslide win for Nancy’s tag even though I like my own tag very much. We’re going to stick with the guessing game though. No spoilers. It should be another fun round!
These are both so gorgeous! Very hard to decide, but I went with #1 because I love the music stamp
And I think next day would be good to find out which tag was which.
I love the double stamping of the tree in tag #2. Thanks for sharing the how to!
Wow these are neck and neck… it was truly hard to decide on JUSt one!
Nancy, I am such an impatient person. I would love to know who made each tag the next day
Don’t think I can’t wait til the end!
