One Response to Paperclipping Roundtable #37: World’s Worst Mom

Hi Nancy, I just had to share a funny with you. You don’t know me but a listen to your pod casts and follow your blog. Yesterday I was in an meeting with my QuickBooks Online QA team and we were talking about Voice of the Customer. My boss was showing us different ways to see what our customers were saying. He showed his the feeds he was following on Twitter and up came your tweets. I was sitting in the back of the room and couldn’t read your name but recognized your picture and looked closer at the name and saw it was you. I had to laugh and tell them I know who you are I was just listing to her on the way to the office. We do hope to allow the time out feature to be more customizable in the future but for now if you don’t save something or refresh a page with in a hour you will be timed out. Sorry about what you experienced I’m sure it was frustrating. If there is anything else that drives you crazy about our product let me know I’d be glad to pass them along. Keep up the good work! Love your site and the Roundtable!
    Lara
