- Contact assigned territory customer base for orders as well as established new business
- Manage your own territory and grow sales volume through tele-sales, heavy liaison between the customers and the various internal departments.
- Communicate price and product features and benefits.
- This position relies heavily on phone sales.
- AA or BA degree with 3-5 years inside sales/prospecting experience is preferred
- Must be computer literate with MS Office products
- Desire to meet and exceed clients needs and expectation is a must
- Must have strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve
- Exceptional time management skills a must
- Interest in crafts &/or scrapbooking a big plus
