NSD 2010 Noon Hour: What’s Your Wishlist?

Next week is Mother’s Day, and for me, a birthday coming up later in the month too. (Inquire at your own risk about the number involved. Just saying.) Those events mean gifts…which means WISHLISTS!

If you aren’t a mom, well, admit it…we always pretty much have a wishlist in the back of our heads for our next splurge or special occasion, don’t we?

What’s on mine right now? Copic Sketch markers, Jenni Bowlin embellishments, Jenni Bowlin embossed cardstock, October Afternoon, Little Yellow Bicycle Clothesline collection, Glimmer Mist, and some of the new Pink Paislee tapes. (Although, who are we kidding – the real list is much, much longer than that!) And my husband would have a heart attack if he saw the length of my wishlist at Designer Digitals…woo hoo for 20% off on NSD!

From what I hear, the new Cricut Cake machine is on a lot of Mother’s Day wishlists, so for our giveaway this hour we have some Cricut-related goodies:

This goodie pack contains the Provo Craft Cricut Sweet Treats Shape Cartridge and some 3M Post-It Craft Paper, which is being marketed for use with the Cricut machine.

How to Enter:

All you have to do to be one of the lucky winners is leave a comment on this entry before Midnight U.S. eastern time on Sunday night, May 2nd Tuesday night May 4th (deadline extended due to Feedburner delivery issues) telling us what is on your wishlist. Make sure you include your email address in the line reserved for it on the comment form (for your own protection, don’t put it in the text of the comment, where it will be visible to the public – just in the line labeled “email” in the form where only Scrapbook Update staff can see it). We will need it to notify you if you are a winner. Winners will be drawn by random drawing from all eligible entries. One entry per person.
(Note: If you are reading this post via an RSS subscription, click here and it will take you to the giveaway on the  Scrapbook Update website where you can fill out the comment form at the bottom of the article to enter.)

Mine is very similar to yours! Copic markers, Pink Paislee tapes, and Glimmer Mist are all on the list! Also wanting some My Mind’s Eye Lush, Graphic 45 everything… the list goes on and on.

  2. Emily W May 2, 2010 at 3:38 am #

I really want a Cricut Expression but haven’t been able to justify it. I also can never get enough Thickers, Basic Grey, or My Mind’s Eye.

  3. Andrea MacDonald May 2, 2010 at 3:45 am #

Right now I really want October Afternoons Fly a Kite.

  4. Rachel Narens May 2, 2010 at 4:52 am #

My wishlist is soooo long and would cost at least 6 months salary! Includes just about every Cricut cartridge I don’t own, embossing folders, more Bazzill stitch templates, Cosmo Cricket paper, Basic Grey paper, American Craft alphabet thickers, Crate Paper paper sets, JIllbean soup papers, chipboard shapes, endless amounts of ribbons, brads of every size & color, My Mind’s Eye paper packs and much much more…

  5. Betsy Burnett May 2, 2010 at 6:53 am #

My wish list is actually pretty short. I have a Cricut cartridge or two I want to get. But really the big thing on the list is a larger area to scrap in….(Hubby doesn’t like the idea of me turning our living room into a studio)

  6. Pamela Bennett May 2, 2010 at 7:19 am #

Lots and Lots of Tim Holtz new line and Tattered Angels

  18. Allie May 3, 2010 at 12:22 am #

Hmmm what is on my wishlist…
I try not to have a wishlist that is too long and be grateful for what I have already. That said I have been coveting the new pink cricut :P
I would love to be able to buy a few of the kits that are around. That would be great too.
Oh and Glimmer Mist. I so want some of that…
Hmmm looks like I have a wishlist after all ;)

  19. Laurie May 3, 2010 at 1:10 am #

I’d really like a Cricut, but I doubt I’ll ever justify that. I’m loving My Mind’s Eye Lush line, though, I’ve gotten some but I’d love to get more.

  20. Brianna May 3, 2010 at 1:30 am #

I’d like some Graphic 45 paper and some of Tim Holtz’ new paper pads. I wish those papers were sold individually and not just in pads!

  21. gwen May 3, 2010 at 11:48 am #

ohh, I really want that new craftwell cutter. I don’t have a cricut, and I think that would really make a difference in my scrapping.

  22. carolyn May 3, 2010 at 2:49 pm #

more cricut cartridges are on my wishlist! along with punches. i always want more punches.

  23. Lisa Stenz May 3, 2010 at 2:55 pm #

That’s funny. I have a Mother’s Day and B-day wish list as my b-day is later this month too. (I am turning the big 4-0!) One of the things on my wish list is a photo/slide scanner. I have so many old photos and slides that I would love to scrap, but really need them in a digital format. So…hopefully I will get it for Mother’s Day or my b-day. *Ü*

  24. nitasha May 3, 2010 at 4:08 pm #

This will never happen, but my wish list includes a monthly subscription to my top 10 favorite scrapbook kit clubs! I would be in scrap heaven if I could play with all the eye candy that kit clubs offer each month. Of course, there’s no way I would have enough time to use all those supplies, but it sure would be nice to try!

  25. Christine David May 3, 2010 at 4:13 pm #

Top of my wish list would be a new camera, I have been eyeing the Canon 7d. Of course, if we won the lottery, I’d had a long list of lenses to my wish list. :)

  26. glee stormont May 3, 2010 at 5:15 pm #

Glimmer Mist and a chandelier stamp. (ok, i secretly want a real chandelier to hang over my scrap desk, but we can so not afford that!!)

  27. Tammy May 3, 2010 at 5:52 pm #

My wishlist is full of Tattered Angels products. Glimmer Glam, tags, etc. If it’s made by tattered angels, it’s on my list! I’d also love some of the new Tim Holtz dies and embossing folders!

  28. Stephanie May 3, 2010 at 5:58 pm #

My main wish right now is to really get my craft space organized. I am desperate for a large cutting table, shelves, bins, and the time to just organize everything & make it cohiesive & condusive to creativity!

  29. Caren Smith May 3, 2010 at 6:15 pm #

Oh where to begin… I just love “kits” that coordinate. There are many things I would like but if I had to narrow it down. I would LOVE to belong to a kit of the month club. That way, every month, I would be excited about a “present” coming in the mail that all coordinate. (any way you could forward this to my husband as a hint? :)

  30. Julie, momto7 May 3, 2010 at 6:49 pm #

ooh, the Pink Paislee tape is LOVELY! I would love more of that, but my biggest WISH item is more interesting patterned paper. I am running low, and what I have is stuff I’ve been avoiding for a while. :) I need some patterned paper to inspire me.

  31. Robin W May 3, 2010 at 7:33 pm #

I need a new trimmer! I would also like the non-stick mat by Ranger, and the list could go on and on! :)

  32. Virginia Chapman May 3, 2010 at 7:55 pm #

My wishlist contains something that is not available…..yet. I can’t wait for t!m holtz embossing machine to come out!

  33. Delanie May 3, 2010 at 8:24 pm #

A Silhouette. They are outrageously expensive here in Australia, and with the power cord I can’t just purchase one online from the US.

  34. Vickie Turcotte May 3, 2010 at 10:29 pm #

I’d love to get the non-stick mat by Ranger, more dies & folders for my Cuttlebug, and gift certificates to my LSS so I can go to more crops. I’d also love more time to scrap! Thanks for the chance to dream.

    Vickie, aka scrappinglib

  35. Linda H. May 4, 2010 at 12:49 am #

  36. karen keiper May 4, 2010 at 2:31 am #

  39. Chris R. May 4, 2010 at 5:37 am #

  40. Marguerite Remington May 4, 2010 at 7:16 am #

I have Cricut cartridges on my wish list. Also glimmer mist and stickles. So many things I would love to have but have a limited storage area, so have to be picky on what I really get.

  41. Miwa May 4, 2010 at 8:03 am #

On my dream wish list is the Letterpress. *sigh* I don’t think I could ever justify the expense, since I don’t have enough time to scrap anyway! But it look so cool…

  42. Bev Leeson May 4, 2010 at 8:15 am #

My Wishlist is quite long but the item I want most is any electronic die cutting machine. Cricut would be fantastic but I know there are many others as well.

  43. Scrapper Q May 4, 2010 at 8:24 am #

First on my wish list is wall shelving in my scrap room so that I can make use of all that “up” space instead of working out of boxes and bins on the floor and in the closet.

  44. Linda Wilson May 4, 2010 at 8:27 am #

I would like more Copic Markers, Glimmer Mist and a few more more cartridges . And of course the list goes on and on. Thanks for the chance to win!

  45. Maria Schaefer May 4, 2010 at 8:31 am #

What is on my wishlist is an upgrade from my circut to a circut expression.

  47. Karen S May 4, 2010 at 8:40 am #

I see lots of things I want, but I really need to use what I have, the only thing I wish for is a clean and organized scrapbook room. I haven’t allowed myself to buy anything until I start using up what I have.

  48. Carol Miller May 4, 2010 at 8:53 am #

Wow a wish list. Dangerous for a scraper!!! Would love more Tattered Angels, Webster’s Pages emblishments, Tim Holtz new dies & inks, copic markers, Mudd Puddles….

  49. Corinna Lyons-Revello May 4, 2010 at 8:56 am #
