NSD 2010 Noon Hour: What’s Your Wishlist?

Next week is Mother’s Day, and for me, a birthday coming up later in the month too. (Inquire at your own risk about the number involved. Just saying.) Those events mean gifts…which means WISHLISTS!

If you aren’t a mom, well, admit it…we always pretty much have a wishlist in the back of our heads for our next splurge or special occasion, don’t we?

What’s on mine right now? Copic Sketch markers, Jenni Bowlin embellishments, Jenni Bowlin embossed cardstock, October Afternoon, Little Yellow Bicycle Clothesline collection, Glimmer Mist, and some of the new Pink Paislee tapes. (Although, who are we kidding – the real list is much, much longer than that!) And my husband would have a heart attack if he saw the length of my wishlist at Designer Digitals…woo hoo for 20% off on NSD!

From what I hear, the new Cricut Cake machine is on a lot of Mother’s Day wishlists, so for our giveaway this hour we have some Cricut-related goodies:

This goodie pack contains the Provo Craft Cricut Sweet Treats Shape Cartridge and some 3M Post-It Craft Paper, which is being marketed for use with the Cricut machine.

How to Enter:

All you have to do to be one of the lucky winners is leave a comment on this entry before Midnight U.S. eastern time on Sunday night, May 2nd Tuesday night May 4th (deadline extended due to Feedburner delivery issues) telling us what is on your wishlist. Make sure you include your email address in the line reserved for it on the comment form (for your own protection, don’t put it in the text of the comment, where it will be visible to the public – just in the line labeled “email” in the form where only Scrapbook Update staff can see it). We will need it to notify you if you are a winner. Winners will be drawn by random drawing from all eligible entries. One entry per person.
(Note: If you are reading this post via an RSS subscription, click here and it will take you to the giveaway on the  Scrapbook Update website where you can fill out the comment form at the bottom of the article to enter.)

the never-ending wishlist: tattered angels mist (I have been seeing this on everyone’s layout and I don’t have any boohoo), cricut storybook catridge, spellbinders dies (I sprang for the spellbinder machine a few months ago but only got a few dies), yellow bicycle (love there look but don’t actually have any of their products, Heidie swapp masks

My wish list includes the new Tim Holtz Sizzix dies…in fact any Sizzix die that I don’t already have, a good high quality photo scanner, more shelves in my scrapbook room and stamp pad organizer/carrier. Whew! That’s a lot!

The list is too long so in order not to bore you, my main wish is the Scrap Box storage unit. I want the biggest made so that I can have it in a convenient room and be able to close the doors and have it look like a great piece of furniture.
In reality I love anything related to scrapbooking – a gift certificate with no restrictions so that I could enter a scrapbooking store and get whatever I wanted without having to rationialize the need and the cost. Hope you all receive an item on your wish list soon.

Like you I have a never ending wish list. This cartridge is on mine and I would also love to have some tattered angel glimmer mist, basic grey nuturals paper line and all 3 cricut cake cartridges. Thank you for this chance to win.

Little Yellow Bicycle is one of my favorite lines.

I absolutely love Spellbinders Nestabilities, Borderabilities, Labels, etc. I can find a million uses for them! I would love to have everything ever created by Spellbinders! I well on my way to a huge collection of Spellbinders.

My wishlist includes anything new from Basic Grey (one of my favorite companies) but I am especially on the lookout for something to transport my cardstock to crop retreats without having to take it out of my Cropper Hopper vertical storage boxes. I have one of the rolling cases that lifts up to reveal expanding shelves but it’s hard to use the lowest level and I have to pull the already sorted papers out of the box and layer them into mini shelves. I want to be able to grab and go with minimal effort since I do frequent weekends away. Thanks for extending your deadlines since I was on retreat this weekend! :-)

I want the Ranger heat gun – I have another brand but the Ranger one rocks and it’s nice and quiet and easier to hold.

  9. Shelley W. May 4, 2010 at 3:55 pm #

I have several cricut cartridges on my wish list along with some glimmer mist, the new distress ink colors, and tons of paper (because I’m a paper addict)!

My goodness, reading everyone else’s wish list is adding to my own! I love Tim Holtz Sizzix dies, especially the frames and key holes and keys. I have yet to even TRY glimmer mists! Prima’s new flowers are amazing as well. I think I would like to try some of the painting techniques Donna Downey shows in her recent “Inspiration Wednesday” video.

    Alright, narrowing it down:
Tim Holtz Sizzix Vintage Alphabet Die
    My Mind’s Eye Paper
    The Ranger Heat Gun
    Golden Paint Assortment
    Prima Apronology Class with Donna
    Donna’s Fabric Scrapbooking Class

    And I’ll stop there. =)

I’m wishing for ALL the colors of Perfect Pearls (I only have one set now) plus more Mini-misters. And I always want more papers!

My wish list starts with Fiskars border and corner punches, Independence Day cricut cartridge and Give a Hoot cart. I would like a skin for my gypsy (just got it last week!) and lots and lots of paper for 12x 12 layouts. Oh and some sentiment type of stamps as I don’t have many stamps to play with and of course ink pads. Hmm, the list could go on forever!

  15. Pam May 4, 2010 at 6:42 pm #

My wishlist of course would be a Cricut machine and some of the beautiful new Prima flowers.

  16. Celeste B. May 4, 2010 at 7:05 pm #

I don’t really have much of a wish list. What should be on it is to use my Gypsy and Cricut more…..then I could add more cartridges to my wish list :)

I’m really looking forward to Glimmer Glam and Glimmer Glaze, I wish I could get them now!
