Happy NSD!!! We cropped all day at our local scrapbook store that just received a new shipment of Prima flowers….and we had a blast! We actually added tulle to the back of the flowers bunched together on our layouts. Totally Gorgeous!!!

  15. Scrapper Q May 2, 2010 at 5:46 am #

for a quick lift, I add flourishes (stamped, rub-on or die-cut) and then a flower or some pen-stitching.

  16. Pamela Bennett May 2, 2010 at 6:54 am #

Most of the time I jazz my layouts with Prima Flowers or ribbon or stamps.
I have also used Glimmer Mist and Glimmer Screens, happy NSD!

  17. Betsy Burnett May 2, 2010 at 7:14 am #

  19. Andrea May 2, 2010 at 7:18 am #

Lately I seem to be adding buttons – I have a huge jar of them..have been collecting them for years and finally decided to use them.

  20. S May 2, 2010 at 7:36 am #

Well, flowers (like pretty, pretty Prima ones), of course, are an easy way to jazz things up, but lately I’m also reaching for rhinestone and pearls.

  21. Hester May 2, 2010 at 7:38 am #

I always like to use buttons on my layout as well as flowers!
Love this give away, hope it is my lucky day!

  22. Pamela Vogrin May 2, 2010 at 7:53 am #

The easiest way for me to jazz up a layout is to use ribbon…can never have enough ribbon…and to glimmar mist some prima flowers! :-)

  23. Karin May 2, 2010 at 7:59 am #

Anything Prima gives it that super finishing touch … love your stuff Karin #6470

  24. Lynn Mercurio May 2, 2010 at 8:01 am #

I don’t think there is any easier way to jazz up a layout than with some bling. A touch here, a flourish there and you have one classy design.

  25. VickiF May 2, 2010 at 8:09 am #

Prima is, and always will be, one of my all time favorite manufacturers. Love their products.

  26. Erika M May 2, 2010 at 8:10 am #

I like to add stickles, bling, and flowers to jazz up a layout!

  27. Diane S. May 2, 2010 at 8:28 am #

I use Stickles glitter on flowers, stamped images, ribbon, whatever to just add quick bling to my cards!!

  28. Linda H. May 2, 2010 at 8:38 am #

What’s a layout without bling and flowers? But another way I jazz up a layout is with some sparkly ribbon.

  29. Merrilee May 2, 2010 at 8:47 am #

My favourite trick for jazzing up a layout is to add a bit of bling. I love seeing rhinestones in the center of flowers or added to a stamped flourish.

  30. Renee T (italgal on BPS) May 2, 2010 at 8:53 am #

I add punched squares or circles in coordinating PP to dress up a layout in a flash…or Prima flowers are perfect, too!

  31. JeanH May 2, 2010 at 9:05 am #

When I think I’m done I tell myself to add at least 2 more things. Those extras seem to add the final touch. They could be chipboard, bling, flowers, pins, brads, stickles or rub-ons.

  32. Beatrice May 2, 2010 at 9:06 am #

Rhinestones, pearls, flowers or small metal embellishments- there are soany quick and easy ways to add a little pop to a layout:-)

  33. Michelle M May 2, 2010 at 9:17 am #

My fav add on is my fake stitching { or real if i have the time and energy to drag out the machine}. To fake stitch I lay a ruler where i want my “stitching” and with a extra fine tip marker I make a dot every 1/4 ‘ { use the markings on the ruler] and then go back and draw a line along this dotted line…looks like the real thing! you can also do it on curves but you have to freehand it and be more careful. I love prima anything! Thanks for the chance at such a wonderful prize!

  34. frances m grillo May 2, 2010 at 9:21 am #

i have never used them but they look beautiful.

  35. Carol Miller May 2, 2010 at 9:23 am #

  39. Tammy Davis May 2, 2010 at 10:16 am #

  47. skinouye from Idaho May 2, 2010 at 11:03 am #

I like to “jazz” up a layout by adding strips of color paper….seems like “stripes” just does it for me…I like embellishments (flowers, etc) in cardmaking—-it sets a message that one really cares when you “embellish” the card—making it unique, etc.

  48. Tina V May 2, 2010 at 11:25 am #

I like to add a multidimensional embellishment near the picture I want to emphasize. Or a little glitter/bling is always fun too!

  49. Jody Blaufus May 2, 2010 at 11:39 am #

Using Prima Flowers colored with copics!

  50. Monica F. May 2, 2010 at 11:40 am #

My favorite tip for jazzing up a layout would be to add something with shine or bling…like a couple of embellished brads, gems, glittered chipboard or flower. Thanks so much for the giveaways Nancy — they look incredible.
