Bazzill Acquires Prismatics from Prism Papers

Bazzill Basics has announced that it has acquired the Prismatics collection of cardstock from Prism Papers.

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Prism Papers had been selling the Prismatics collection for five years.

Prism’s signature Prismatic texture will become Bazzill’s 13th cardstock texture offering. Bazzill has purchased Prism’s inventory of the product and will sell Prismatics going forward. A representative for Bazzill tells Scrapbook Update, “We will continue to sell the same fine colors and textures [that] customers are used to purchasing.”

Bazzill will be displaying the Prismatics line in their booth at CHA-Winter 2010 in Anaheim. They will begin shipping the products on February 15th, 2010.
