Scrapbook Trends Editor-in-Chief Pam Baird shared her thoughts on the new arrangement for Memory Makers subscribers:
We are so delighted to welcome Memory Makers readers to the Northridge Media family. We are excited to get to know them and hope they have fun getting to know us! We are committed to bringing our readers the inspiration they are looking for to preserve their memories and create art with layouts, cards, mini albums, home décor, handmade gifts, craft projects, jewelry items, and more. We love to celebrate and showcase one-of-a-kind handmade items created by our readers, who are the focus of Northridge Media. Our publications are filled with beautifully photographed projects, tips & techniques, step-by-step instructions, and informative articles that will keep their creativity coming every month!
For their part, F+W stressed that they aren’t abandoning the crafts market after the shut down of Memory Makers. Sara Domville, President of F+W Media, explained:
The Crafts Community at F+W Media continues to be an important and valued part of the Company’s overall business. We will continue to grow our online presence mycraftivity.com, as well as publish inspirational scrapbooking books under the Memory Makers Books imprint, and produce the popular Great American Scrapbook Conventions. Additionally, we will continue to support and grow in other areas within the craft category, including mixed media, sewing, and quilting, where we publish more than 60 books each year.

Super nice of them to give a discount code, however it didn’t work for me when I tried it.
So sorry Christina! The discount code is now activated! Thanks for the heads up!
This is a nice offer, but I guess I will lose out on the rest of my MM subscription. It sounds like Northridge is only offering online access to their magazines to fulfill subscriptions? I will pass–I like the physicality of my idea books and magazines, and don’t use online sources.
Will MM send me this info in my next magazine? How are they getting the word out?
thank youNanci
How long will back issues be available with the back issue pass?

very short notice. i will “attempt yet again” to register online. Would like to get ‘my money’s worth’ out of my subscription, but most likely will not renew.
would like my sub. transfered to Cards, as sugested.
I would like to convert the remainder of my Memory Makers subscription over to your magazines. Thank you.
Is it possible to get the 5 magazines mailed to me. I dont often have access to a computer, so I would not be able to use these magazines to their optimum. I always read cover to cover at my own pace. How can I tell how much longer I have on my subscription? This is very disappointing to me.
I think that my subscription runs out m/j of 2013. I would only like to receive cards & scrapbook trends. I would also prefer them to have them as hard copy, I have limited time on computer. If this is not possible I would like to have a refund. This is very disappointing to me.
I would prefer to just have Scrapbook Trends and Scrapbook Trends Idea Books mailed to me if possible. I don’t enjoy (nor do I have the time) to go through magazines on the computer. I am very disappointed that this is the only option offered by Memory Makers -=- I have been a subscriber for a long time. Cecelia Forgie
I would prefer to have my magazines sent to me as I don’t have the computer in the room that I craft and it would not be very easy to use that way. I also like to take my magazines along when we travel. Is the internet the only way that we can get our subcription continued? I will be waiting for your response.
Harriet
I would like just the Scrapbook Trends magazine in the hard copy and not on the computer. Is this possible? I’m not sure what I have signed up for. Please let me know in plain laugage so I can understand what it is. Are the back issues on the computer or are they hard copy magazines? I hope they are the magazines. Doris
I am not going to read Scrapbook Trends online. I enjoy reading my books in the privacy of my own home or take them somewhere and look at them over and over. If this is what you plan on doing, I am not interested. I would really appreciate if you would mail me Scrapbook Trends until my subscription is up. Dee
Don’t really understand this. I do not want the rest of my subscription on line. I agree with Dee Wilcox above . Please advise what you will do about the rest of my subscription. If I have the choice I want the Scrapbook Trends hard copy sent to my home. At no additional charge. Thank you awaiting your reply.
I prefer to get my magazines in the mail so I can read them over and over again when I want. I do not want online subsciption. Please send me magazines in the mail to finish out my subscription at no additional charge.
Very nice of Northridge Media to work with you! Online does not work for me at all.
I like to ponder and read my M.M. magazine in bed……I cannot do that with it being online!..Please send me the rest of my M.M. subscription in some hard copy form???
This is very disappointing to me as well. I have been a subscriber from the very beginning…..
How does one get their refund?
I definitely want one……….
Yes I subscribe to memory scrapbooking makers and like looking at a book I read this cover to cover at my own leisure time . Our computer is very old and at times we have trouble get thru so I would like my magazine sent to me thank you.
