Scrapbook Update located the following scrapbook industry-related positions in the past week from various sources that it monitors:

Product Designer – Uppercase Living: The Sandy, UT-based home party company is looking for someone with a BA in Graphic Design or Illustration and a minimum 2 years experience designing products for a craft, scrapbooking or home decor company for a position with them as a product designer.

Graphic Designer – Colorbök: Craft and scrapbook supply company Colorbök is seeking a Graphic Designer to be responsible for design and development of new products. Position is full-time in Colorbok’s Dexter, MI headquarters. Candidates should have a BA in Graphic Design or Fine Arts. 1-3 years experience in creating a plus. Candidates with a passion for crafts or scrapbooking are preferred.

Prototype Artist – Colorbök: Craft and scrapbook supply company Colorbök has an opening in Dexter, MI for a full-time entry level prototype artist to create packaging samples and other components for trade shows. Position requires one year of college or equivalent in art/design/related field. Requires strong hand craft or modeling skills.

Product Manager – Colorbök: Craft and scrapbook supply company Colorbök is seeking a full-time Product Manager to develop and launch products. Position involves meeting budget and schedule limitations, conducting market research, managing foreign supplier relationships and product testing. Position is full-time in Dexter, MI and requires a BA in Business/Marketing/related field, 2-3 years product management experience, ability to travel, and experience with foreign manufacturers and trend-influenced products.
