Need a Contest to Get You Moving?

Here’s a collection of some contests that might get you jazzed to think outside your usual creative box:

• Digital Scrapbooking Magazine and myTego are inviting you to participate in a contest to design a custom laptop skin if you are a digitally creative type.
• CHA has announced an Indie Crafts Contest, with the winners to be displayed at CHA-Winter 2009. Michelle Thompson has all the info up at Scrapability.
• The “Holidays By Hand” festival isn’t really a contest, but I’m including it here anyway! It’s a link fest of holiday crafting projects being hosted by a blog network that I enjoy reading. There are categories for food, quilting, knitting, ribbons & thread, sewing…and, of course, papercrafts. Share your favorite holiday project how-to and get some ideas for other ones to make!
