Store Manager – Archiver’s: The scrapbook superstore is seeking a store manager for their Colorado Springs, CO location. The position is full-time and requires an Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years experience managing in a retail environment. Experience in scrapbooking or related crafts is a plus for candidates.
Training Creative Coordinator – Stamping Up: The direct selling stamping/scrapbook company is seeking a full-time employee for their Riverton, UT headquarters to coordinate the design and utilization of the art projects that are used by the company at workshops and stamping events. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities:
- Create stamping projects for selected training and domestic/international events; participate in selecting new stamp sets and products to be used, and create stamping projects that are simple for beginners but
will have interest for more advanced demonstrators. - Create and send for approval art samples that showcase creative ways to use our product for Stampin’ Up! online support.
- Discover new and useful ways to use stamps so Stampin’ Up! can offer their demonstrators a variety of stamping techniques with a focus on their businesses.
- Create projects and facilitate stamping demonstrations for various individuals and groups within the company including employee stamp day, new hire training, Business Development Managers, etc. Coordinate supplies, helpers and locations.
- Design and create original artwork with the purpose of helping demonstrators run their business, writing supply lists and instructions as needed.
- Submit samples for review, implementing all changes as directed by Creative Services VP.
- Provide feedback to illustrators to create new stamp sets, proposing new directions to take regarding stamp style, set contents, uses, trends, and sayings with a focus on demonstrator business.
- Solicit, organize, collect and display artwork for all Stampin’ Up! events.
- At events, organize and set up Make & Take area, create work schedule for lunch and breaks, orient assistants before event starts, and ensure that Make & Take area runs smoothly.
- Provide project and preparation support to training facilitators as they prepare artwork and presentations for upcoming events and training.
- Sort, scan and accurately enter projects for online training support as needed.
- Act as back up to Training Support Coordinator reviewing spreadsheets and have a knowledge of ordering processes, etc.
- Participate in committees in department and through company as assigned.
- Keep up on related craft trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
