A New Directory For Designer Resumes

There is a new place on the web for designers to post resumes of their work to be perused by manufacturers and publishers looking for design help: Designer Resume Central. The site is currently linking to the credentials of almost five dozen designers, and more are welcome. Pages must be created and hosted on a service such as Typepad or Blogger, and a fee of $1.50/year is charged (via paypal) to each designer to cover the hosting fees of the directory site.

If you are looking to hire a designer, or are a designer looking for work, Designer Resume Central should be your first stop!

This is so awesome! Thanks so much for sharing this information. I signed on with Scrapbook Resumes last year and shortly after the owner basically MIA…no explanation…nothing…there were a lot of frustrated designers over there.
This actually sounds like an even better option – more freedom with the design and location of the resume and MUCH cheaper…again, thanks!
