Fundraising Crops?

Normally I’m the one dishing out the information around here, but I would like to solicit some from my readers this time.

I will be helping to organize an all-day crop as a fundraiser for the PTO at my daughter’s school early next year. The event is scheduled to take place at the school itself. This is something that none of us involved have ever done before, so if you have any advice could you post it in the comments or email me?
