CHA-Winter 2007 Countdown – 7 Weeks to go: Dining Guide (Part 1 – Hotels)

Napolean once said, “An army travels on its stomach.” Well, so do weary convention-goers. But in a strange city, at night, in the dark, tired and without a car,  where do you find an evening meal? Scrapbook Update will help by presenting a Dining Guide for CHA attendees for its next two CHA Countdown entries. This week we’ll describe the food possibilities at the participating convention hotels. Next week, we’ll wander father afield in search of restaurants.

Listed below is information obtained from the hotel’s own websites about their food options. Links are to the dining information pages of the hotels’ websites.

After Part Two is posted next week I will make available for download a MS Word document containing all of this information, optimized for handheld device use or simply for easy printing, for anyone who wishes to use it for personal reference during their trip.

Many of these hotels are within easy walking distance of each other. Using this guide you can tell the dining options available in that hotel next door without having to go for a disappointing trudge on exhausted feet!

The candy cane inn has a very nice continental breakfast. The best continental in anaheim, imo.
So much more than a “poolside snack-bar” … Whitewater snacks at the Grand Californian Hotel, is just steps away from California Adventure, and its worth it! They have a menu of hot foods cooked to order. It’s a best-kept secret for regular disney visitors.
