More Acquisitions News

The mergers and acquisitions news in the scrapbook industry just keeps coming in to Inside Scrapbooking. One of the latest stories involves the sale of All My Memories to Seastone Companies:

PROVO, UTAH—Seastone Companies, LC, parent company of Seastone Consumer Products Group and Seastone Media Group, announced today the recent acquisition of All My Memories Wholesale, LLC, a worldwide provider of scrapbooking and memory crafting products.  The new company will be known as All My Memories, LLC (AMM).

Over the last several years, All My Memories Wholesale has experienced significant growth by expanding its customer base, introducing many new and innovative products into the marketplace, and achieving strong penetration into international markets. “Seastone’s expertise and leadership in fast-paced product development, proprietary production and distribution systems, as well as its proven business track record were key reasons All My Memories saw the acquisition as an outstanding opportunity for continued growth,” said Jorjana Brown, founder of All My Memories and now the company’s Chief Creative Officer.

“We intend to rapidly expand All My Memories’ business.  It has incredible brand recognition, a great product offering, and a very impressive management team,” said Warren Osborn, new CEO for the company, who is also CEO of Seastone Companies. “Seastone has strong manufacturing, international trade, supply chain management, and design experience that it brings to the table.  Our award-winning design team brings unique packaging, marketing, and innovative storage solutions to the AMM product mix. Together, we make a powerful team,” he continued.

Bryce Stevens, the newly appointed President of All My Memories and its former Chief Operating Officer said, “This acquisition will give All My Memories a very strong market position as well as the financial foundation upon which to combine the strengths of both companies.  We will be much more aggressive in developing and marketing our product lines worldwide.”

“The change will be transparent to the All My Memories customer base in terms of day-to-day operations, but will allow the company to develop and bring new products to market faster as well as increase the visibility and
availability of its existing product lines,” said Bryan Dunford, former General Manager of Seastone Media Group and the new Senior Vice President of All My Memories.
