I heard that one of the major Scrapbooking magazines was in trouble & was really hoping it wasn’t PaperKuts…unfornately, it was. I am now receiving Making Memories and although I am disappointed at the way I was notified, I have no ill will against PaperKuts. I wish the best of luck to Angie & her family. As tragic as this situation is for some subscribers, I also have about a year to go, instead of being so hostile at ‘losing your money’ credit & understanding should be given for how they did handle this monumental task of notifying their loyal readers. If & when Paperkuts get back on their feet, I’ll be ready to sign back up!

paperkuts is honoring all subscriptions by signing us up with other magazines. I am now gettting making memories. I will miss my favorite scrapbook magazine and wish nothing but the best for the Randall family.

I also had a subscribtion for two years, and still had over one year to go, that for an international rate, since I live in the Netherlands. It really would have been great if they had let everybody know that the magazine stopped, instead of just trying to find out what happened. These were a couple of very expensive magazines I received. Does anybody know if something is going to happen for everybody who still owed a lot of magazines and now lost that money?

I agree with the others about the tacky way of letting readers know about Paperkuts demise. I am a subscriber who just sent approximately $50 in about two months ago to renew. What happens to my money? Don’t worry about answering that question, I know the answer. It seems as though no one is concerned about the subscribers getting their money back. I have gone to Paperkuts site and it is unchanged. The least they could have done was put the announcement on their website.
